Carly & Kyle were made for each other. No two ways about it. I could feel it the first time I met them – there’s a kind of “always been” feeling, like their love is as old as the mountains surrounding their lovely ceremony. They sealed that love on a beautiful late summer day in Symmes Chapel, Pretty Place, YMCA Camp Greenville then everyone headed to the lodge at Table Rock State Park for some celebrating.

PS: Carly sent me this additional information about what made their day so meaningful to them:
We were very interested in making everything special, i.e. The wood slabs that were part of the center pieces, kyle and his dad made by cutting down a tree on his family farm, and the private party signs and the sign at the wedding regarding seating, I painted on wood from their old farm house and Kyle nailed them to the posts. I made the programs and Kyle and I assembled them into fans. Me and Kyle and our parents sat down together and stuffed the birdhouses my granddaddy made with goodies and used them for welcome baskets in all the cabins. (They were a lot cuter before my uncle put the caution tape to make them more visible haha). All of the planning and prep was so personal and special and full of golden moments and special time we may not have otherwise shared with those we love if we didn’t do it all. ~ Carly
