Derrick & I went to Mobile, AL to visit my mom & step-dad years ago, I think about 9 years back, & my mom & I went out one muggy morning to hit some yard sales. We chanced upon the Yard Sale of a Lifetime – this was a full our estate sale chockfull of old, vintage, wonderful stuff. I nearly lost my mind. Mom found this vintage set of china by Harmony House for $65 & snagged it. I loved it so much that later Derrick talked her into selling it to him for the same price as an early anniversary present for me (that would have been our 12th if my memory is right). Love my Mom for giving it up & Derrick for realizing how much I wanted it
Our garden is lovin’ the rain we’ve been getting. If only these tomatoes would go into hyper-ripen mode!
